TBS uses a one stop shop concept to deliver savings on all travel related costs for you, combined with a highly personalised service that cannot be matched by larger travel organisations. Our service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, TBS does not provide this service via call centres.

Minimize cost
TBS charges only one service fee. It is a fee added to the ticket cost at the time of ticketing. This fee is an agreed figure, between you and TBS, on Domestic, Trans Tasman and International travel. Travel and the costs related to traveling are a major expense to most companies. TBS can work closely with you to deliver cost saving solutions. TBS can mould the service to what best suits you. TBS can work with you to constantly monitor your spend, and to renegotiate or introduce fares and rates that can be specific to your company’s requirements.
Consulting & Expense Management
We can work with you to identify where and how savings can be made, and if streamlining procedures can add to efficiencies. We can maintain quarterly visits (or more regular if required) with respective travel analysis reports. Apart from the air fares available through our web page we can distribute any destination/hotel/airline specials that regularly come up.
Reservation Management & Communications
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you have travel requirements outside these hours we are on call 24/7. Our senior travel consultants understand the constraints when traveling on business - they can find the best solution to your requirements, offer advice and options.
Web Fares and Leisure Travel Services
TBS can provide access to international fares thru our web-based application “Quik Fares” This application allows travelers an easy way to search independently for international air fares and specials from within our own website.
TBS can provide your staff with service and advice for planning a vacation/leisure travel and can make the deals available to your company also available to your staff. TBS is able to book flights for you using frequent flyer points and can manage airline club memberships.
Other
In addition, TBS can look after all visa requirements, advise relevant vaccinations, manage your company’s airline lounge membership, obtain frequent flyer tickets if required, and arrange yearly corporate travel insurance.
Additionally, if you have overseas executives who need looking after whilst in Australia TBS has the resources to make sure first class touring, hotels and even shopping excursions can be arranged.
